Faulty Items

We thoroughly check all items to ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each item is packaged carefully.
If you receive a faulty item please contact us within 7 days of the date of delivery via email at


Exchanges & Refunds

We accept returns or exchanges for items on request. A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase. 
All items MUST be sent back via courier and have a tracking number. 
Refunds or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and packaging. 


Please follow return instructions below:

Please contact us via e-mail at to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 7 days of receiving your goods.

You will then receive an e-mail containing your RA number which is valid for the next 7days within which you can send your unwanted item(s) back to us. 

Items being sent back must be in original condition, must not have been worn or altered and all swing tags must remain in place.

When returning goods please include:

a) your name and Returns Authorization number on the outside of the parcel
b) the item you are returning
c) All items must be sent back to us via a courier with a tracking number

When we have received your item we will process the refund or exchange and you will be notified via email.

We assume no responsibility for return items in transit, until they are received at our address.
